By joining MusiciansBook.com any songs uploaded into members profile media players may be played on MusiciansBook radio and is purely to help the artist gain exposure. MusiciansBook.com can not pay any royalty fees to any one, any artist, band or record label. MusiciansBook.com members radio is content composed of artists and band music sound files either uploaded to musiciansbook.com, emailed from artist to musiciansBook.com or otherwise.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

All items purchased from MusiciansBook.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. MusiciansBook is not responsible for damages by the carrier, by you, by the weather, by acts of god or anything else once your purchased item hs been delivered to the carrier from MusiciansBook.

However, MusiciansBook does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by MusiciansBook itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

BUYER PRICING

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY

MusiciansBook will honor return requests only to unopened and undamaged merchandise or faulty manufacturing on MusiciansBookS behalf. MusiciansBook must be provided notice within 6 days of purchase if delivered to anywhere in the US and 8 days outside of the US. Returns may not be based upon any form of "Taste, artist/band sound or image expectation" personal opinion(s) OR disapointment by the purchaser or anyone else as the purchaser has or has had ample opportunity to preview audio sample(s) of the band/artist before purchasing their merchandise and or music.
